Returns are accepted. Item must be in Brand New condition as sold, must be clean, hair free and folded properly in the return packaging to prevent excess creasing.

Buyer pays return postage, unless the fault is ours (please email us on firstname.lastname@example.org and we will arrange a collection). Tracked postage is recommended as no refund will be given to parcels that do not arrive here.
If your item is faulty please email us email@example.com and let us know, we will ask you if you would like a full refund (inc. p&p), an exchange for a non faulty item or a store credit to use against future orders. We will also arrange for a collection of the faulty item so please let us know your address details when emailing to speed up the refund process.
Refunds will be processed within 30 days from receipt of the returned parcel. Often refunds will be processed next day but it can take up to 30 days upon occasion.
Overseas Customers: (Non UK)
Unwanted items must be sent back within 30 working days, please use a tracked service and retain proof of postage. Please mark the customs form as Return. Please include a cover note as above.
